What you need — and what you don't

  • Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 or X-Plane 12
  • A Boeing 737 or Airbus A320 add-on (the free Zibo 737 counts!)
  • A valid e-mail address
  • A love for short-haul flying

✗ You don't need

  • Any real-world flying experience
  • A minimum number of flights per month
  • Payware aircraft or a VATSIM/IVAO account (both optional)
  • Money — everything is free, always

Quick answers

Can I fly for more than one airline?

Yes. Your logbook, hours and rank are shared across the whole group. Transfer between airlines any time in the Crew Center.

Do I have to fly online on VATSIM or IVAO?

No — offline flights count exactly the same. We do host regular online group events for those who enjoy them.

How do ranks work?

You start as a Cadet and progress towards Captain as your hours build. Higher ranks unlock the 737 MAX 8-200 and — with a short check-out — the Lauda Europe A320.

What happens if I'm inactive for a while?

Nothing dramatic. Real life comes first; your account and logbook stay right where you left them.
